SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Kickshubco ships worldwide via USPS. Shipping time varies by destination, normally 7‑20 business days. You will receive tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your local country.

ORDER ISSUES
Please check your tracking information regularly. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 calendar days.

RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned within 14 calendar days after you receive the parcel. Products must be unused, original packaging intact, no wear or damage. Used, worn‑out or damaged goods cannot be accepted for return. Return shipping fee is borne by the customer unless the item arrives defective or wrong item was sent. Refund will be issued after we receive and inspect returned goods.
